Very beautiful and comfortable home and Melva was very nice and quick to respond. I had absolutely no problems and would stay there again.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Unit was as described, clean and just what we needed!

Loved it. Would stay again. Lots of space. Felt safe. Would like to stay at the other two properties as well. Kitchen was well equipped. Loves seeing monkeys. Enjoyed Mennonite community. ATM cave was amazing! San Ignacio ruins were a great excursion as well. Thank you KayLynn for the recommendations!

Godfrey was very friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and we especially loved the shower and comfy bed! The outdoor surrounding were beautiful too! I loved watching the turtles and fish in the pond!

This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

The photos do not do it justice! It is surrounded by the jungle, and you will need a car, but you should have one in this area anyway. The place is immaculate, Sonia was fantastic, every need was met. The pool is perfect for a dip after a hot day of adventures. We hope to return here again and again.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy with the family! Sharilyn is very attentive as well as Jamal who guided us on how to get to the place. Everything is very clean, with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Loved it! 🌟

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. very great location close to all a vibrant cute little town. Sabrina and Mr. Kelley were wonderful. hosts had a lot of fun. Felt like we were visiting friends.

We had a group of 14 that stayed the week, it was amazing! Place is clean, communication is superb and location ideal! I can’t say enough about this place!!

Margo was an excellent host - immediately responsive and provided lots of useful information before we arrived as well as while we stayed with her. Her house is gorgeously decorated with everything you could need or want while there, and very clean. Kyron who works on site was wonderful as well - very friendly, and took us on a fun boat ride where he taught us a lot about the history of Sarteneja. And we loved Margo's dogs!! The pool and patio are superb and we spent many happy hours there!!! We learned after a few days that it was best for us to wear long pants, socks and shoes while watching sunset because we were particularly tasty to the no-see-ums on the beach. It had rained a few days before we arrived as well as while we were there, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor. The town was full of friendly people and a great place for some rest and relaxation. If you want to get off the beaten path while in Belize, there's no place better than to do it at Margo's!

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

Absolutely perfect. Cute colorful Cabaña right on a gorgeous beach. And inside: everything we needed (a lot of airbnbs are missing hooks, shelves, little things like paper towel, coffee or condiments- they had everything and more! For example luggage scale or mini rechargeable reading light. Walking distance to everything in town (tiny village Hopkins) Strongly recommend!

This was such a lovely space and location. Wish I had stayed longer but will for sure book again here when I'm back in this area.

The spot was extremely cute and clean inside and outside. It's about a 20-25 minute walk from the main part of Hopkins Village. With a bike, which was provided (there were several), you can get there pretty easily during the day time. Other nice amenities included a 5 gallon jug of bottled water, an on-site washing machine, and some clothes lines. Wendy also proactively reached out before and during my stay to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. All and all, it was great stay and would book again.

We had a great stay at Losita’s. She is very responsive and sweet. The large screened in veranda and kitchen area were lovely. There is a beach and restaurants within walking distance.

Had a fantastic 5-night stay at the Toucan Guest House. Comfortable, well-appointed house in an ideal location. It is close to both Cockscomb and Bocawina—two of our favorite jungle reserves—so we had no problem getting to both during prime early morning birding hours. It was even close to Hopkins for restaurants, groceries, and the beach. Hosts were fantastic. We highly recommend.

Jeronie’s place was modern, comfortable and in a great location! It was definitely worth the price and it had all the amenities as described on his page. He was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend his place.

We stayed here on our first & last day in Belize as it is near the airport. Everything is as it says in the posting. Well equipped, easy check in, clean, friendly & responsive host. FYI, the”powder” buns on the breakfast (which is not advertised so should be considered a lovely bonus) are not the same everyday. We all loved the ones that came with the breakfast on our first stay and 2/3 of us disliked the ones that came with the breakfast on our second stay.
