Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

As evening falls, sit around a bonfire on the beach or stargaze from our stage-head. Then cuddle up for a good night’s sleep accompanied by the sound of the ocean’s lullaby. Seasonally swim at local swimming holes or go ice skating on a nearby pond, close to East Coast Trails, and the Ferryland lighthouse plus many more attractions!

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

It’s a banner year for icebergs which means the whales will be plentiful as well. We’ve seen a few seals on our shores basking in the sunshine. The evenings are getting longer and spring is in the air. CBS is well known for its beautiful sunsets and beaches. Perfect for a beach fire. A stroll along our rugged coastline. Pack a lunch and head out for the day!!
