Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellavista, Cali

Felipe's apartment is much larger than what is shown in the photos, very comfortable, modern, very nice, quiet and very well located, a few blocks from the Peñón park, where there are a lot of places with excellent food. At night the sector is very quiet, not very busy and suitable for rest. Highly recommended for long and short stays. Felipe is very kind, a super host! 100% recommended

The Apartestudio is super comfortable , all new and very pretty. It has everything you need and is within walking distance of the dog park, in a very quiet area where birds can be heard. I really enjoyed the terrace and the spectacular view. Sara is very friendly and attentive to everything I needed. Thank you very much super recommended!

The apartment is incredibly well located. The workspace is much better than all the Airbnbs I've stayed in Colombia, which made my stay more comfortable than I had expected. The desk is large and the office chair is comfortable and in good condition. In addition, the air conditioning works very well, and the apartment has all the basic things for cooking, cleaning, etc. to live comfortably. Highly recommended. I would stay at this place again without a second thought.

We really liked the airbnb! The location is incredible, very close to all the important sites in Cali and super safe. Luis was very friendly and showed us the area and gave us some tips. He was always very attentive with our questions and responded quickly. Ñ They did their best so that we have a good stay. We'll be back!

the place met all our needs, the backyard is amazing for spreading out and the AC is wonderful. we wanted something that felt like a we were In Colombia and this home did not disappoint. Astrid and colleagues helped us to celebrate a special occasion in a lovely way.

The apartment is outstanding: spacious, bright, airy, and impeccably comfortable. The beds are a dream, and the entire space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the incredible hospitality. Adela and Marcela went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely at home. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate… it’s an exceptional choice and one of the best Airbnb experiences you can have.

The accommodation was super nice, we had an amazing time, super recommended, the host took care of us very well, gave us recommendations before we arrived, also recommended places to visit, the neighborhood is super quiet and you can walk, the only thing is that it is super steep, the house is close to the San Antonio neighborhood and close to the street of flavor but you have to go by taxi to both places, we had a lot of fun and I highly recommend the place, we would definitely come back!

I had such a lovely stay here — the location is fantastic, and the space is cozy, simple, and thoughtfully put together. It’s perfect for a solo traveler and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to Clarena for making my time in Cali so memorable. Clarena is an incredibly kind and caring host, always warm and welcoming. Her presence really added to the experience and made me feel genuinely cared for. The guesthouse is located right next to the host’s home, but it still offers a lovely sense of privacy. The layout feels well-considered, and I never felt like I was lacking space or comfort. Just as a heads-up: the sound insulation isn’t perfect. It didn’t bother me personally, but if you’re sensitive to noise, bringing a pair of earplugs might make your stay even more comfortable. This place had everything I needed and more. I’m so grateful I had the chance to stay here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Sergio has a great efficient space in a beautiful building overlooking Cali. Sergio was always responsive to my inquiries and handling any issues that came up. The air conditioner had a small problem and Sergio was very responsive. Great host and apartment. Will gladly reserve again in the future. Kevin

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

Excellent apartment, very nice, strategic location if you need to be in the center, 24-hour bakery, 24-hour car wash, safe parking and very attentive. We were in a hurry and left the cell in their apartment for three days and they very kindly helped us by keeping it until we could return to the city Thank you so much

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !!
