I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re in New Orleans. It is walking distance to everything. The instructions for checking in and details about parking were clear and helpful. Also, the response time was minutes after my question. There was a lot of space to spread out and it was very comfortable.

Little apartment was perfect for my visit with my Tulane student. Close to everything and lovely neighborhood. Only set back was the ongoing construction in the neighborhood which led to some noise and road closures. Parking would have been an issue but I was usually walking to where I needed to go so not a major set back. Appreciated the extra touches like the water and ample coffee and tea supplies! Would recommend for up to two people looking to visit local sites.

Eric is a fabulous host!!! He was so helpful and so good to us! We had a wonderful stay and actually wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood close to a variety of handy stores. Close to Nunez Community College for training course I was taking. Good, clean accommodations.

Really great location, we walked to and from the St. Charles & 1st street car stop, great dining options just up the road as well. All you have to do is exit on to the street, turn left, and walk straight and you’ll see lots of great houses. Liked the space a lot

Casey’s place was exactly the cozy retreat we hoped for. Every corner felt thoughtfully equipped- from the soft throws on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen- and those little touches showed how much care went into the space. Casey was incredibly generous and always quick to help, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free.

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Everything is right in the areas especially restaurants, Very clean , and peaceful I will be booking again . Oh and wonderful communication.

I’ve read a lot of these reviews and it feels like people are often sleuthing for some tiny flaw to cry about. But me, I was so happy with my stay. Zero complaints. Gorgeous shotgun apt (huge btw- far more space than I needed!), great yard to sit and drink coffee in, tons of amenities (the bikes are a great touch though I didn’t use them- would totally have done so with more time in the city). Walked to the levee with my pup, went to the Joint, hung out at Bud Rips. Perfect Bywater day. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting NOLA! It’s right on Canal Street with the streetcar stop right out front. It’s the perfect halfway point between the Quarter and City Park (and Greenwood Cemetery). Canal Street can be loud, but the apartment was relatively peaceful; I didn’t hear a peep out of anyone who lived there (unless they were using the stairwell), and the earplugs worked well at night to drown out any noise from the street. The apartment was very easy to get to, and it was beautiful inside. Everything was clean, well organized, and there were several personal touches that made it even more welcoming. Adele and I had communicated a bit before my arrival and she was very helpful and pleasant, and made some good suggestions. I also greatly appreciated her visitor’s guide, which is in the apartment, but which she also shared with me via Google before the trip. It really helped me plan my trip to the Crescent City. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Anna’s-extremely clean-pristine, dog friendly (a necessity for us), convenient to downtown via Earhart Expressway, nice restaurants and entertainment are right in the neighborhood. It’s a great value too! When we travel to New Orleans we will continue to reserve her place in the future. Thanks Anna!

I booked this place for my parents & they loved it. Great location & the house is extremely homely inside. My mum loved the New Orleans books in the house!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

Can’t say enough about how nice this place was! 11 of us stayed here for a bachelorette and there was plenty of room where everyone was comfortable. Each bedroom had a full length mirror! Plenty of linens. Very easy to access and makes you feel like you are in a tropical resort! It’s clear they know what they are doing with big groups! $10 ride to bourbon. Would LOVE to stay here again!

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary and enjoyed every moment of this location! Extremely walkable & safe, close to several delicious restaurants & fun shops. We were there for the yearly champagne walk on Magazine St., and the party did not disappoint! The St. Charles trolley is only a few blocks away and was extremely easy to navigate. Also, hot tub! Would stay here again.

This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.
