You will be on the 1st floor in one of the 3 independent apartments that we have created in this house dating from the 18th century that we have completely renovated. In a modern setting in the middle of the calm Beaujolais Vert countryside, you'll have access to a large enclosed garden that will be ideal if you have children. You will be a few minutes from the heart of the village with its local shops, a 10-minute drive from a supermarket and 20 minutes from the vineyards!

My accommodation is 1 km from Belmont de la Loire, village with local shops, (bakery, butcher, restaurant, distributor, pharmacy) 4 km from Chaufailles, Bourgogne border, all shops, supermarkets, swimming pool...... Ground floor, living room with kitchen area, living room, dining area (table for 8 p), a bedroom (140 bed), a small bathroom, with shower and sink; separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom (140 bed), one dormitory bedroom (3 single beds) open to the staircase.

Maison Pernette Escape with Nordic Bath

The Ronçon Factory

Wellness experience in this 19th century stone house, adjacent to a former textile factory in the heart of Beaujolais Vert. The house along the "Le Ronçon" stream offers you a quiet stay. With its wooden terrace for outdoor dining, you can fully enjoy the countryside.
