Ideally located in the heart of historic downtown Chambéry and quiet on a 14th century street, our apartment has all the charm of the old with modern comforts. A large bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a bed (kids love it) as well as a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people. We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
