This upstairs apt is centrally located beautiful historic home near Elizabeth park in B-ham. Spacious 1 bed - 1 bath was renovated in 2019 with a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout. It is very comfortable for a couple who prefers to sleep on a (new) King mattress. Also would be great for travel nurses with close proximity to the hospital. Additionally, this unit is upstairs and has two locking entrances for added security. Includes off-street parking space and full washer and dryer.

Beautiful setting that provides easy access to all that Bellingham has to offer. In the city but feels like the country. Our spacious suite is the perfect getaway for a couple or individual. With a private entrance, the 2nd floor studio and lower level bathroom provide a great place to call home while in Bellingham. The king bed is ultra comfortable and the studio is perfect for those that want more space and amenities than a hotel room or shared house.

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.
