On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In the heart of the Perche Golden Triangle, (between Mortagne, Bellême and Nogent-le-Rotrou), we offer for rent our small newly renovated house. In a small hamlet of 4 houses, quiet, perched on the hill, it offers an unobstructed view of the valleys. It is at the foot of the forest and has all the assets for a total disconnection. The house is 3 minutes from Rémalard where you will find all the useful shops: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, butcher, hotel-spa, Intermarché!

Charlotte's House

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. (sheets not provided), TV, work desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the garden level, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), wc.
