Holiday rentals with breakfast in Belsize Park, Greater London

Mara was very friendly and the room had everything you need for couple of days of London. The breakfast is a great perk, it is simple and good and helps you to get started.

This was our best experience yet at an Air Bnb. We felt right at home from the moment we entered and both Jim and Patrizia have left a lasting impression on us which we will never forget. Some stays are close to your heart and this one will will always stay with us. We will be back. Need I say more :)

Novelty prison bed it may be but I slept like a log on the comfy mattress! Only saw Niki briefly but she was really friendly and her house is full of amazing artwork, would stay again.

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Kay is a wonderful host. I had a very pleasant stay at her lovely and comfortable place during this intense week for me. Her place really is a place of well being !! The little garden is the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you Kay, and your staff that I met, for this nice experience in London ! 🙏🏻 I will choose your place again if I ever come back in this area.

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Great location, quiet street but close by public transport and restaurants. Jennifer and Matt were incredibly responsive and friendly. Flat was clean and had the necessities.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

Great apartment in Notting Hill, easy stroll down to Portobello Market with lost of great restaurants choices, great little parks a block down for our kid to play in which was a treat! Easy for Ubers, or bus stops etc …

Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and I felt completely at ease coming and going as I pleased. It was a pleasant and peaceful experience from start to finish. Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. She was informative and friendly. Everything you would want or expect in a host. Thank you, Jackie, for a wonderful stay!

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. Sally and Chris were lovely hosts. Beautiful home, comfortable room, helpful with laundry, luggage, everything. Down the road on Greens Lane is the closest you can come to being in Turkey without actually being there. Great connection to many other places via Piccadilly Line.

What a fantastic, warm, and thoughtful host. Celia’s space is welcoming and she is so thoughtful. As two women, we felt safe and comfortable during our week-long stay. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Celia
