I took my girlfriend to Mateo’s place for our anniversary, and my expectations were far surpassed. The surrounding nature and town was so charming and beautiful, it made me want to stay for much longer than we did. Mateo was incredibly helpful and responsive. At one point our power went out and Mateo was fast at making sure our power was back on and that we were comfortable. He also checked in and followed through with any requests we had. The room was cozy, comfortable, and was great to come back to at night after exploring all day. I definitely would come back and stay again, thank you so much!!!!

The house was perfect for our family to stay at during my son’s wedding in Felton! The place is nice, clean, beautiful surroundings! If you’re staying during the summer, be aware of the noise from the camp below. We knew about it and it didn’t bother us - but if you want a quiet, relaxing place, you might want to look elsewhere. This was just the perfect location for our venue and other family members! Rebekah was a great communicator too, which I find most important at Airbnbs. We’d definitely recommend!

Ultimate GLAMPING!!! My wife and I came from Napa for our daughter's graduation from UCSC and stayed for 3 nights in Bethany's amazing tree house. Wise move!! Too many great details to cover but here are a few reasons it was one of the coolest Airbnb experiences ever: * Location: You are gazing out over a redwood forest from the deck so you feel like you're out in nature except you have tons of amenities like... *The kitchen: Everything you need - frig, grill/griddle, sink, knives and silverware, spices *Pavilion style tent: Heavy duty tent which can be closed with velcro to block out any wind so you will sleep soundly in a cozy bedroom *Gas firepit: Great for cool mornings/evenings. Our graduate came up for one night and had a great time hanging out around the flames up in the redwoods. *Hammock: Who doesn't need to relax in a hammock in a shady forest? Therapeutic. Bethany was responsive to questions and requests and couldn't have been a better host. 5 stars all the way!

A group of us were in town for a wedding and Jeff’s place was absolutely lovely. The room in the shed in the back, which we affectionately referred to as the “rave cave” was very cool with the LED lighting. The grill was perfect for our Friday night bbq dinner and we loved having an option for an outdoor shower!
