Ótimo apartamento, muito grande e confortável. Só o colchão que precisam trocar na minha opinião…pois é extremamente duro, Tirando isso o apartamento e 10. Limpo, cheiroso, o pessoal responde com rapidez, banheiro super agradável de tomar banho e o local fica em um lugar muito lindo com várias coisas para fazer. O melhor lugar em ho chi minh. Super recomendo!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Chỗ ở trung tâm thuận tiện thăm quan và đi lại. Gọi xe taxi hay xe công nghệ đều tiện. Khu nhà ở yên tĩnh dù ở trung tâm Q1. Đội ngũ nhân viên tận tâm mình để quên quần áo sấy xong ở máy sấy mà câc bạn gấp lại đưa tận phòng. Mình rất vui vì đã chọn địa điểm này để ở. Có dịp nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

Everything was amazing, but finding the place was a bit confusing bc there is another centrum residence building on the way there which we got confused for being our centrum residence building. We had to reach out at 3am in the morning to get clarification but they were able to respond back within the hour to confirm that we were not at the right building and had to go a bit further down the path. The place was amazing though, very clean, quiet, private, laundry was also available for use.

Vo’s place was a great place to stay as it was central and looked exactly like the photos. We really liked that the main room had it's own lock for more security. When we had any questions, Vo was quick to reply and help us in a positive manner. Thank you again for the great stay!

Over the course of a week I stayed in three of Lam’s apartments in HCMC. They all had in common the central location, within walking distance of the main sights and lots of great restaurants. If you are ready to climb a lot of stairs in a hot, humid Saigon day you will be rewarded with wonderfully designed spaces, full of light, beautiful downtown views and attention to detail (everything was spotless and I loved the soft bed linen, BTW). Lam was extremely kind and helpful from the moment I booked the apartments (providing extra information about the spaces) to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend you to do so too (but beware that Lam’s apartments are popular!). Thanks for a great stay!

The best place we’ve had so far in HCMC. Everything is very well thought out from check in, to water you can refill in the lobby. Beautiful antique furniture mixed with modern design. My girlfriend actually wanted to stay here longer, but all of their places were booked out. Thats the cost of booking last minute I guess 🥲

Great spot to explore the city! The rooftop patio is a stand out feature , and was a great place to relax in the evening. Lam’s instructions were spot on, communication was instant and always helpful. If you are ok with stairs I would highly recommended!!

A great stay at Trang's place! The location is a serviced apartment building, so it comes with a reception desk and security 24/7. There is also a 7-eleven right at the lobby. Check-in was smooth and seamless where we just had to tell the reception our unit no. and let them take a photo of our passport. We managed to get an early check-in too! Apartment was generally clean and well-equipped. There were no bugs spotted at all unlike what previous reviews might have mentioned. Overall a great and positive stay and a convenient location!

Nice place, only one pillow per person and bed was a little too hard for our liking but he had a solution right away. A bit far to walk to the main part of district 1 but there are also coffee shops and resto near the place. Overall it was a great place.

A wonderful quiet escape from the noise and chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. Great pool on 21st floor with spectacular views. Sophia was very responsive to all my requests and her instructions to a foreigner who only speaks English were impeccable. Thank you. Highly recommended. Hilary

완벽한 숙소였어요 사진처럼 깔끔하고 청결한건 물론이고 아파트 외관, 로비, 엘레베이터 복도 등등 마감재도 엄청 고급스러워요 아파트 테라스에서 보는 야경도 최고였습니다 이 숙소때문에 호치민 또 가고 싶어졌어요 여기서 한달살이 하면 너무 행복할 듯요..!

너무 좋은 컨디션과 1군내 모든 여행지가 가까웠으며 도보로 갈 수 있는곳도 있어서 좋았습니다.

the place was central to all the tourist places, big apartment, pool and gym were decent. we will be back here. Khue was responsive regarding lost card and local places to eat.
