Very helpful host and the location was great. Any problems we encountered Vi very promptly helped us, would recommend staying here.

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Tiffany is highly professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous in managing the unit. The apartment was sparkling clean on arriving and fully equipped, even down to the water bottle dispenser. The pictures are accurate in all respects. I will definitely rent from Tiffany again.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

We loved our stay at Kate’s place. Close to many delicious restaurants, shops and attractions. The place was spotless when we arrived. The rooftop pool is a must for those super hot days!!! So nice to be able to cool off!! Will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Saigon!! Thank you Kate and Jason!!!

We had an amazing 3-night stay in Ho Chi Minh City! Everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant attractions and local cuisine. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy and well-maintained rooms to the seamless service. We had slight trouble with the aircon remote and the light switches but problem was solved within 10 minutes, technician came promptly and assist us. We truly appreciated the effort put into ensuring a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. We’re looking forward to coming back!

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

Our group of 7 enjoyed staying at Amy’s place! We were greeted with a nice fragrance when we first entered the house and even the bedsheets smelled good! Place was really clean, making it a really pleasant stay! It is also conveniently located in D1, making it close to many attractions and stores a short walk or ride away. Although the house is in an alleyway, it is safe and the distance to the road for pick ups is not far at all! We had a good sleep since it was located at the end of the alley, away from the honking sounds from the roads. Hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, thank you so much for the delightful experience and we will definitely stay again if we go back to HCM!

The house is very beautiful, with complete and clean furniture. I just need to move in and live, without having to buy anything else. Furthermore, the location of the house is extremely convenient. It's located right in the center of District 1, just a 10-minute walk to the metro, making commuting and going out very convenient and comfortable. I will definitely rent it again next time.

Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment.
