Townhome holiday rentals in Bến Nghé

Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße mit sehr netten Nachbarn und leckeren kleinen Streetfood Ständen in einem tollen Viertel mitten in Saigon. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer in der 2. Etage, eins davon mit einem großzügigen und hübsch begrünten Balkon. Beide Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die schöne Zeit bei euch!

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

This is home away from home. It located in a quite by yet very safe alley away from those loud and noise trssfic. The bed and living room area were divided by a door with 2 separate AC units which is very nice during this hot summer month. Giang and his wife are super friendly, always check on us to make sure we have what we needed. This place is highly recommend.

숙소가 골목으로 아주 살짝 들어가야해서 당황했지만 찾기 어렵지 않았습니다. 집의 넓이, 위치, 에어컨 등 시설의 작동 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

Everything good I use to come here many times

집안의 작은 개미와 베란다의 먼지를 제외하면 최고의 장소 큰길로나가 옆골목에는 로컬 음식점들과 로컬 사람들이 넘치는 상점가가 있습니다. 그랩이 저렴 하기때문에 골목에 위치한건 크게 문제되지 않았고 저는 재방문하게 될것같습니다. 집주인의 세심한 안내 팜플렛비치 사진과 같은 룸 컨디션 작지만 라이트쿠킹이 가능하 주방과 비치된 전자레인지, 그리고 헤어드라이어도 있으면 침대옆에는 일체형 협탁과 넉넉한 콘센트 흡연을 할수있는 발코니. 적당히 넓은 욕실 저는 별다섯개 드립니다

Đầu tiên là về home, sảnh vào yên bình và decor rất chill, về phòng thì giống như ảnh, mang đến cảm giác rất thoải mái. Thông ra ban công có quầy BBQ và đặc biệt khung cảnh buổi sáng ngắm trời từ đây rất chill vì khu phố rất yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn tiện đi các khu vực lân cận. Mình thích phòng này vì không gian vừa đủ, khá ấm cúng Cuối cùng là chị chủ home rất thân thiện và luôn hỗ trợ hết mình nhanh nhất có thể luôn, chị ấy đã giúp mình rất nhiều nhưng vẫn luôn vui vẻ hỗ trợ, làm mình thấy an tâm khi ở đây. Giá tiền vừa phải nhưng chất lượng tốt.

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

도착하는 날 항상 이용하는 숙소입니다. 가격 대비 방 크기, 청결함, 응대 등 아주 만족하고 이용했습니다. 다만 위치 때문에 아침에 일찍 일어날 수 있는 장점이자 단점도 있습니다. 저는 항상 만족하며 앞으로도 이용할 생각입니다.

Vivan is a wonderful host! She gave us no issues during our long term stay of 28 days. . She was flexible and let me check in early since I had an early flight. She was very responsive and accommodating. The doors are a bit hard to use but once u get used to them it feels like an added level of security. The space is super clean and lovely. The room is located within a house so there is a shared main entrance. Overall the area is relatively quiet during off hours. The location is great! Anything you need is within walking distance and the variety of restaurants and cafes is endless.

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!

Mochi is a kind host. The place is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. And the room is super cozy, small but has everything you need during your travel.

Minh Tam's place felt like home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We initially booked for about 9 days, but extended it to a total of 2 weeks. Regular cleaning was a great addition, as is the availability of a DIY free laundry service. The place is also at the border of district 4, so you can walk to district 1 which has a lot of the traveller must-sees, coffee places, restaurants, etc. The apartment too has a coffee place on the ground floor and nearby on the street, all of which serve great coffee. All in all, we loved our stay at Minh'd and would love to come back if we return to Saigon city!
