The place is like the pictures, beautiful views, perfect location. Clean and very spacious. Great place to relax but also lots to do and many restaurant options. My family and i loved it. Would come back again.

A real favorite! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: spacious, very clean and ideally located close to the sea. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a soothing landscape - the dream! The host was very responsive and caring, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My stay was simply exceptional. The accommodation was a short walk from the sea, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. The soothing sound of the waves was constant background music, making the place all the more peaceful. But what really made this stay unforgettable is the exceptional service offered by El houssein. Always ready to help, he made my stay as comfortable as possible. A five star experience!

Very, very large and spacious apartment with two suites and several bedrooms. The waterfront location is exceptional and the facilities on the terrace (hot tub , pool , paddle board and canoe) make the stay memorable. However, and this is not related to the house, Bouznika beach is very busy in August and plagiarists do not pick up their trash. That didn't stop us from having a great stay!

as advertised, this cabin is perfect for a family vacation! ideally located on the seafront with breathtaking views of the sunset. impeccable welcome, responsiveness of hosts, I recommend it! we'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything to Tarik and his Mom.

Never been to a more peaceful place

Beautiful house , with an incredible view. Perfect for holidays with family or friends , friendly house and very well arranged . All kitchen amenities are available , there are large terraces and barbecue available . Had an amazing time and I would recommend this house .

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront apartment! It's absolutely magnificent and has all the necessary equipment to feel right at home. The only point to improve, in our opinion, concerns the check-in and check-out times. Arriving after 3 PM and departing before 11 AM would be more comfortable than the current times (4 PM and 10 AM).

We had a great time with the family in Fahd's beautiful apartment, starting with a warm welcome, he took the time to explain the residence to us. Very neat apartment with all the necessary amenities for a great stay and very good location, close to all amenities, with easy access to Sablette beach. We'd love to come back! Recommended.

We had a pleasant stay in Bouznika in this apartment. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient for our family stay. The bedrooms, including the children's room, were comfortable with clean linens. The fiber internet connection was excellent, and there are two toilets, which is always a plus. The large balcony offers beautiful views, and free parking as well as the elevator made our stay easier. Special mention for the very clean pool surrounded by a peaceful green space, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Silent and calm location , no noise from the motorway. Fantastic view and very comfortable terrace although you have to move the table and stools from the living room Low pressure of the water. Some adjustments to the kitchen equipment supply are necessary - already taken care by the owner. General good point fro which you can visit Rabat and Casablanca. Nice and calm stay.
