Holiday rentals with beach access in Benito Juárez

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only drawback is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more of the general building than the accommodation itself.

The apartment itself was nice, the host was very responsive at all times. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. I will say be prepared to pay for everything (including extra towels). The resort is nice but the food packages are a little over priced. You will have access to the pools and the beach but thats about it in the resort. Hot tub was functioning and was great once the sun went down ( it does have cold and hot water so you can fill it to your desire). Location was great very close to a lot of things like the aquarium and an outlet mall all within walking distance. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes around again!

Excellent place to relax and have a good stay, the security guard a little careless when receiving but from there on everything was perfect, the pool was clean and the place was great. ✨

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. Great place that exactly matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and accommodated our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a beautiful beach and offers the pool a few meters from the property.

This was a fantastic stay! Close to everything and great food around. The apt was the right size for a family of 5.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete, just like the description! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is a lot to do in the region. Abril is an excellent host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself
