Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Benton County

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Easy access to the interstate without the noise. I love that there were two king beds and large space. The nespresso machine made the best coffee. This will be our go to location when in NWA.

We came to Bentonville to enjoy some technical riding, and this place was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent—close to downtown, trailheads, and even an Aldi. Both the couch and mattress were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, making it ideal for the two of us. The recreation area, which is nearly complete, features beautiful amenities, including lounge chairs set in the shallow end of the pool—a relaxing, resort-like touch. This first-floor unit is brand new, offers easy access to parking, and truly feels like a luxury accommodation. During our stay, I had a medical incident, and Misty was incredibly accommodating and flexible—something we truly appreciated.

We loved our stay! Very comfortable stay, and the host was extremely accommodating and kind to us throughout the trip. I had a few questions for her while we were there and she was quick to respond and very helpful. Also really loved the decor in the space.

This property is a luxury place. It was just perfect for seven adults and four children. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, the boat dock, and the ping-pong table in the garage. Everything was very clean and in good condition when we arrived. Several of our party enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. The porch on the back of the house gave an awesome view of the lake and boat dock. Even though it rained several days during our stay, we found plenty to do in the house and in the Rogers/Bentonville community. Brooke was especially friendly, helpful and prompt with recommending local interests and answering property questions. We would definitely rent this place again if the need came up.

It was a really good experience, we stayed the weekend and it was so nice. The place smelled really good everything was clean and we enjoyed and loved the time spent there. The host was always really responsive when there was questions and it was just wonderful. Thank you.

We booked this beautiful home for some peace and relaxation. We got that and more! The views and direct access to the lake were wonderful! We loved just sitting outside and hearing the small stream nearby babble down to the lake, and getting out onto the water in the provided kayaks was amazing! This home was very well appointed with all the items you need but with so many extra touches. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub. They also really enjoyed the sound machines, and of course having a TV in their room was a big hit. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had excellent communication with the host and will most definitely be back! Thank you! Pam

We had an amazing stay at Adam's place! Some of the best parts were: being so close to the water, the HUGE kitchen, and comfy beds/furniture! Adam was a super responsive host and patiently answered all my questions! He even got some fishing poles together for us! The home was beautiful and immaculate. We loved having the pool table right in the main living space to hang and enjoy. The theater room was perfect for watching some softball games and my girls had a blast playing airhockey. The lake is in a really nice resort style area with the marina and golf course right next door! We felt right at home

Our stay at AonD was amazing. This home is truly one of a kind. The location to downtown, the neighborhood, everything about our stay was perfect!

Easily fit 8 guys on a mountain bike trip, could have had more! Loved being right on the lake, scenery was beautiful. Lots to do including swimming in the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, paddle boarding, and dozens of miles of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby. Hope to come back!
