This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and possible secure parking (dependent on availability). Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note we have a dog on the premise. There are other units on the property as well. No parties or rowdy get togethers allowed.

Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.
