The houses are located at the back of a residential plot with a secluded patio. This provides space for 4 guests and both houses are included in the rental. Located in a quiet and scenic area with walking distance to several swimming areas, paddle tennis, kayaking, shopping and the city center with its restaurants as well as Kalmar Castle. The proximity to Öland is a stone's throw away.

Only 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle avenue. There are two bicycles that can be rented for a small fee.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).
