A beautiful, simply furnished home but of good quality. Lots of space inside with two lounge areas, a huge dining room and four bedrooms. The large balcony a real treat for having coffee on first thing in the morning! Everything you need for a self catering stay is included. Plenty of parking. The house is surrounded by its own garden and fruit trees although not securely enclosed if you have young children, not a problem for us. Matilda is extremely helpful, replying quickly to all questions. We had no problems but I have no doubt Matilda would sort anything asap. The most stunning beach is a short stroll through the campsite. At this time of year it's very quiet, cafe/restaurant on the beach not open but suited us, sharing the white sands and very safe sea with only a few others. A short drive to the beautiful Borgholm, easy short walk to a couple of restaurants and a little shop and bus stops nearby. A perfect short stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Katarina's. Nice, well-equipped house with plenty of space. Very nice large plot where our dog thrived fantastically. We sat in the evening sun every evening.

A very nicely decorated house. You need a car to get there and have to drive a bit to get to a swimming spot or another excursion destination.

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's beautiful house. I have never vacationed in such an extremely clean and outstandingly well-equipped house. Up to the second glue, everything our heart desired was there. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled so much that we were actually only in the house in the morning or evening. The nature in this area is just beautiful. Twice we visited a swimming lake nearby with a diving tower. The kids could swim or play on the playground and fish the anglers. We were the only guests in this lovely spot every time. Excursions such as the Pippi Longstocking are between 30 and 60 mins away. In Högsby itself there are two supermarkets within walking distance and a gym, playground and outdoor gym. We really felt very comfortable. Thank you Mattias.

Very nice house and a high level of equipment. Clean, fresh and with tasteful interior design. Nothing was missing! We were especially happy with the patio which had a fantastic decor and above all the barbecue that we used every day. We were four adults and two children during our stay and as the house is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and two living rooms, there is plenty of space. The kids liked the jumping rug and used it extensively as well as the football with associated goals. The house is located in a quiet residential area but at the same time very close to shopping. It's easy to find nice beaches and sights. We rode bikes on Ölandsleden which goes through nice surroundings and which gives possibility to enjoy the incredible nature of Öland. A drive to Alvaret and southern Öland (Ottenby bird station) is recommended. Highest rating to Simon and Emelie's house.

The house was great for our family - in the morning, if it was still a little cooler, you could have breakfast in the conservatory, sit on the terrace next to the pool at noon and in the evening or use the super cozy garden furniture and barbecue. Location -100m from the sea- was perfect. Despite the adjacent campsite it was very quiet and the beaches were empty. We had a wonderful week at Peter's house, who responded to us super friendly within a few minutes if needed.

I was with my family during the Ironman. Martin and Ellen gave helpful instructions on getting around. Beautiful Scandinavian style house, equipped with everything you need, there is a charging for electric cars. Quiet neighborhood, you need to have a car. We were especially surprised by the small deer and hares freely walking around the plots.

Very cozy and pleasant surroundings around the house. The house suited us, we were a family of four. We were 14 people. Great bedroom Good common room Great with dining areas on both sides of the house. A lot to explore. Pool and trampoline extra pulse for the kids.

For families with children, this place is ideal. The trampoline and the thoughtfully arranged kid's room kept the little ones entertained and happy. We also loved spending time at Möllstrop Badplats, which is a fantastic water area perfect for a full day of fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. However, while the accommodation was lovely, we felt that the price we paid did not quite reflect its value. It seemed a bit too expensive for what was offered. Regardless, i think it's a great accommodation for big family with lot of kids and want to do things around the house.

The host Erica was easy to reach and helped quickly with questions and minor setbacks. Great location for those of us who like adventures as it is easy to get both on Öland and into Kalmar. Nice modern house, the pool is a big plus and was very much appreciated by our kids.

Ingrid was an excellent host and the property was lovely! She left lots of useful supplies for us to use during our stay, clear instructions and great local recommendations. Would highly recommend Ingrid and her property, particularly as a base for Ironman competitors.

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Very peaceful. We stayed to race Ironman and the use of the garage was perfect to store and build bikes. The garden was well maintained and lovely to sit in . Any questions were answers very promptly. Kalmar was only a short drive away and easy to get into . Would highly recommended

Great choice, you feel like home.

Myself, my girlfriend and my parents travelled to Kalmar for the Ironman and stayed at Jonathan's place, which was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A huge and stylish space, with everything we needed, in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood about 12 minute bus from the centre of Kalmar. Jonathan was an excellent host with easy and quick communication, and he was extremely generous and kind to us when I realised I had misread the listing and had to bring our own towels and bed linen, which was 100% my fault. The amenities in the house are great, which include laundry facilities and a pool within big outdoor space. Would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a comfortable stay in a spacious house.

We had a great week at the house and nothing was missing! The location is very quiet and beautifully situated by the lake!

Pernilla is a super welcoming and helpful hostess. She had even made sure there was cold bottled water in the fridge for when we arrived. The house was in good condition, with a well-established kitchen and lovely sleeping areas. The view was fantastic on both sides of the house, and there were many beautiful seating areas both inside and outside where you could enjoy beautiful Öland. Thanks to Pernilla for a wonderful stay.

Amazing, unique home with tons of space and charm. Fantastic family space and kitchen amenities. Plenty of things to keep kids entertained, and the cats are the "highlight," if you ask our 5 year old.

A very nice accommodation with a great nice patio with pool and with a lovely backside! You can grill, it's a good place to just hang out and have a good time, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a lovely outdoor sofa. The house is large and nice with large and lovely spaces, as well as kitchen, large living room and a lovely outdoor room! The house was clean and tidy, and I received nice instructions by email, even with some video clips on how to do it! I can really recommend this fantastic house. Stayed here between 29/5-1/6 2025

Kristin's villa is fantastic! A lovely, friendly place with lots of space and everything to do. A long weekend was actually far too short.
