Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Very welcome to big Lady Littlehouse - 200 years old. Lots of rooms! Enjoy a quiet, unique and wonderful stay - something different. This big, little Lady has been on a total rehab - spring 2020. This is a cosy, artistic, rough and autentic house with lots of charm and soul. No partying in this house/this neighbourhood of narrow, steep, coublestoned slopes. NB! Inside there is a steep staircase up to second floor. This house might therefore not be suitable for small children/elderly? Welcome!!

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

The peninsula contains parks, places to swim, a collection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to all city attractions. In 5 min walking distance you will find the popular Aquarium in Bergen, and About 7-8 min. walk to city center and Fisketorget.

Originally built in 1792, this Pocket House was once named "Smallest House in Bergen" by the local media. Situated in calm Sandviken the city center is a 5 minute bus ride or a 10 minute bike ride away. The nearest bus stop is a short 2 minute walk, and there is also a city bike parking spot practically right outside the house. Whether you want to experience Bergen by sea or Bergen by mountain this house is well situated to accommodate both.
