The cabin is ideal for celebrating public holidays as well as holidays and birthday celebrations. The cabin has an associated boat and water scooter, which can be rented if desired. Rental part in a historic house by the lake in Øygarden outside Bergen. Jetty, boathouse, small beach. ferry dock and hiking areas make this a nice place to spend holidays. Bus passes right by the property line. The ferry is free for both cars, pedestrians and cyclists, and stops by beautiful Lerøy and Bjelkerøy with a lot of history from the days of the war before it ends at Hjellestad, where there is a grocery store and bus routes to Bergen. The area just outside the home is known for good fishing.

New large cottage by the sea with great facilities, and the possibility of renting boat. The cabin has a high standard, with large living room, kitchen and beautiful bedroom. Well equipped and is beautifully situated on Sotra utterly at sea. A perfect base for those who want to deep-sea fishing, or simply a family vacation. Own boat which can be rented, located in Marina 100m from the cottage. There is very good fishing conditions in the area. The Boat is 21feet with 170hp Diesel engine.
