Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Studio apartment completely renovated in 2020, consisting of two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. Apartment in the center of St. Moritz, complete with every comfort, WI-FI and Swisscom TV, ski room, large private terrace. Equipped with a large indoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness area; all completely free. In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

The house is located in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway line and is easily accessible by train. In a wild, romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in the Engadine style, versatile options for schools, youth camps and families. This spacious apartment is located in the middle of Bergün in a listed historic Bündner house with a stable on the first floor. This apartment sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and has been carefully furnished and decorated in collaboration with IKEA. A perfect place for relaxation, recreation, and unwinding. The house is located in the middle of Bergün, opposite the old tower and near Volg in the middle of the historic village center.

Davos Glaris vacation home at the foot of the Rinerhorn

A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room. Bergün - Beautiful apartment in the quiet village center

This place is small but nice. This is a historic building in the center of Bergün. The apartment has 2.5 rooms. The living room has wood paneling. The apartment is ideal for winter vacations or hiking vacations. The toboggan run and ski slope are within walking distance. It has a double bed 140 x 200 cm and 2 sofa beds 80 x 200 cm for teenagers or children. The sofa beds are not suitable for larger and heavier people.

Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.
