Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub and the living room invites you to linger. Located on the outskirts of the village and not far from a bus stop, the apartment serves as an ideal starting point for many excursion destinations. The cross-country ski trail is a 3-minute walk away.

This spacious apartment is located in the middle of Bergün in a listed historic Bündner house with a stable on the first floor. This apartment sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and has been carefully furnished and decorated in collaboration with IKEA. A perfect place for relaxation, recreation, and unwinding. The house is located in the middle of Bergün, opposite the old tower and near Volg in the middle of the historic village center.

The house is in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway and is easily reachable by train. In wildly romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in Engadine style, versatile opportunities for schools, youth camps and families. A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room. The interior is cozy and the lots of wood, the comfortable sofa and the wool carpet create a cozy atmosphere. The studio can be reached on foot from the railway station in 4-5 minutes. Historic farmhouse

The 500-year-old farmhouse of my grandfather has been gently renovated with an eye for detail. The house is in the core zone of Latsch, which belongs to the inventory of protected locations. In Latsch, a part of the two Heidifilms was also shot. Latsch is located on a sun terrace and also has plenty of sun in winter and invites you to walks and hikes.
