Se encuentra en una zona tranquila (colonia en desarrollo- con pocas casas, NO en fraccionamiento, calle no pavimentada) cerca de centro comercial y atracciones turísticas. Cuenta con amplios espacios iluminados, alberca con panel solar y caldera (opcional con costo adicional), terraza techada, Roof Garden, asador, área de convivencia con sala y comedor adicional, bar y estacionamiento a un costado de la casa.

Our Home is very confortable. Everything is located in one level. It has all the services, and it's located in a way that You'll just love it. We are located three blocks from downtown, so, You can go by walking , or driving if you want to go so far and visit near "Viñedos", Cheese Factory, or Bernal Pueblo Mágico. It's important to bring Your own towels just for the pool. Towels inside are for personal use only, not for garden áreas. The swimming pool is heated by Solar panels.

A nice, warm pool. It has a pool table and a foosball table as well as a 65” smart TV, blue ray DVD, two bedrooms with full bathrooms and parking for four cars. It has a garden set and barbecue.
