Sandia Splendor is a country style home with all of the modern amenities. This adorable home sits on an acre of land and features breathtaking views of the Sandia Mountains to the east & volcanoes in the distance to the west. The twinkling city lights at night enhance the magic! Walking paths & parks are out the front door. Stores, eateries and nightlife are nearby too! Like to hike? The base of the Sandia's is five a minute drive and the Tramway cable car will take you to top with ease.

SECRET GLAMPING SITE

The glamping site is in a secret area on 1 and 2/3 acres with a pool and hot tub. We have two rooms in the house and a casita and some campers on the property adorned with Ed Haddaway's sculpture. There is a campfire and hamocks to relax in. There is a lovely outdoor hot water shower. Or you may use the shower in the main home which is just steps away from the glamping site. People love to hang out on the porch as well. There is electricity in the tent to plug in laptops and phones.

Our home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for two which could also serve dualy as a desk space. There is one private bedroom and a couch with a pullout sofe quen bed.

This is a well maintained condo in a great neighborhood. The unit is a two story unit with both bedrooms, laundry room, and full bathroom located upstairs . Downstairs is a small Harry Potter room under the stairwell. Downstairs also has kitchen, dining, living room, large landscaped backyard and access to the private two car garage.
