Fully updated and modern 2-bedroom home featuring king-sized beds and large TVs throughout! Home includes a full washer/dryer unit, a giant custom concrete island for meals and gathering! Open living area showcases lots of shelving with games, books & puzzles surrounding a large smart TV! There is a dedicated workstation, as well as a “mud room” greeting area to drop all of your things and get cozy. End the day enjoying the Sandia Mountains on the lovely porch swing or in the private backyard!

Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

Welcome to La Casita! A beautiful example of a traditional southwest style adobe casita. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.
