Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Cozy loft with mountain views

Located in Montbonnot in the heart of Grésivaudan, facing the Belledonne range and at the foot of the Chartreuse. The loft consists of: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 160 x 200 bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.
