Nestled on Via Di Palazzi's extension, a famous street in Poschiavo with late 19th-century Italian-style palazzi, is an 80-square-meter apartment. It boasts a historic pine wood living room, two queen-size bedrooms, a sunny balcony, and a new stainless steel eat-in kitchen. Everything's within walking distance: a Coop supermarket, public swimming pool, restaurants on the lively piazza, and the train station where the Rhäthische Bahn stops en route between Italy and the Engadin glaciers.

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Poschiavo, just 50 m from the lively piazza. The flat is located in a small alley with no traffic and with a view of the mountains. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a big couch that can serve as an additional bed for a 3rd guest. The kitchen is small but well-equipped incl. a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a public parking lot 5 min by foot which costs 4 CHF per day. The train station is also 5 min by foot.

Refugium Miralago/starting point for great excursions

The small cozy apartment is located in a hamlet in a 3-family house 50 meters from Lake Poschiavo and the train station and is suitable for vacation or for a stopover. Miralago is a great starting point for excursions of all kinds: biking, hiking, etc., or simply for the DOLCE FAR NIENTE in Tirano (6 km from Miralago). In winter, you can reach the Lagalp or Diavolezza ski areas by car in approx. 40 minutes. Parking is available for a fee. Free parking (100 meters from the residence).

The Li Curt train station is just opposite and from there you can wonderfully explore the area on foot or by Bernina train. The large playground is within walking distance and the beautiful lake is 3 km away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
