Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Berrien County

We rented this property for our family with two little children. Although a bit small , it worked well for our needs. Lovely area, with a short pleasant walk to Lake Michigan beaches. We used to live in this neighborhood so it was very nice to revisit the area.

We loved Michael's cottage. It was perfect for our Lake Michigan getaway. An easy ride into town or to Grand Mere State Park; and a peaceful, well-tended landing spot for the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend!🌸

We had a wonderful time at this adorable, comfortable home surrounded by trees. All the rooms were equipped with fans. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nicely updated with tons of character. We were there on a very warm summer weekend and I will say that we were glad we did not need to have anyone sleep on the porch because that would have been toasty, so do be aware of that. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th stay at the Tree House! We love the Tree House and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings while also close to beach, bakeries, breweries and more! Kim and Scott did a wonderful job creating a space that is so well acquainted and feels like home. Thought went into every still into their home and it shows. So thankful they decided to share their home with us. We will be back! 🙌🏻🩷

We loved this place, it completely exceeded our expectations! First of all just driving into the neighborhood the homes were all so lovely and well kept…had a real storybook quality to it! The home was a bit tricky to find but when we did it welcomed us with perfect landscaping and a welcoming front porch. Walking inside the entire home was spot on in every way! The host stocked the home with so many helpful amenities like hand soaps that smelled so good and an adorable s’more station! The master bedroom had an amazing mattress and cozy sheets; I slept so well! The decor was very boho and we enjoyed looking around and finding so many unique pieces that were carefully curated! Our group was here for a bachelorette weekend and we spent a day wine-tasting, another at Weko Beach, ordered pizza from Roma’s, ate dinner at Susan’s, visited a nearby lavender farm, Galien River Walk, sipped coffee in the screened in porch and enjoyed many hours playing games in the living room! Fantastic spot!

We were very pleased with our stay. From the lovely landscaping and cool firepit area to the pristine interior, the host had paid attention to every detail in accommodating the comfort of his guests. The fully stocked coffee bar and spacious dining area overlook the deck, back yard, and beautiful woods beyond the yard. The dining area adjoins a cozy fireplace area with seating to enjoy your after meal beverages. There is also a living room with large TV. The spacious master bedroom is extremely comfortable with quality bedding, high ceiling fans, and plenty of drawers to store luggage items. The bathrooms are large and spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed the convenience to area shops, restaurants, and pints of interest. The rural, wooded area is very relaxing. You are sure to enjoy your stay in this lovely place.

The perfect house for our family. It was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Richard and Rhonda were responsive and very helpful.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

This was in a perfect location with many wineries nearby. The house had everything we needed and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Bergeline was extremely fast with communication and very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The space was perfect! It felt private but still close to downtown and lots of things to do.

There’s two 305 Main st. Be sure to go to the North 305. We went to the other address in error. We didn’t pay attention to the North or South. But it worked out great. Nice place to stay.

This was my second time staying here and I’ll always return if it’s available. Harry and Nancy are incredible hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you feel you’re at your second home. My daughter couldn’t get over how beautiful and comfortable is was!

Our stay was great! Our needs were met and our host were responsive and very friendly! The apartment was very clean.I only had one problem. I wished the shower wasn't in one of the 2 bedroom to be shared by both guest. So we wouldn't have to disturb each other to get a shower, other then that our stay was great!

The condo was as advertised. Clean, organized, quiet and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our annual family visit.

Our family makes a yearly trip to St. Joe and this location was just ideal—walkable to town for dining and shopping. We always drive to the beach with our gear but it is walkable to Silver Beach if you wanted to make the trek. The condo is just as it is advertised and has great accommodations. We loved the coffee bar and modern feel of the condo. We hope to book again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay here. We are locals that needed a place to stay during some home renovations. We loved the location. We considered renting a place down by the lake but we chose to be close to all the shops and restaurants and we were very pleased with that decision. The Lake/beach is an easy and pretty walk. Juniper was very accommodating with our dog. We loved the layout and space. The table top shuffle board was a fun add. We highly recommend this place.

Met expectations in every way. Clean, well maintained condo. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear was provided. Well stocked kitchen amenities and board games. Host responded quickly to all emails. Very well run. Easy all the way around.

We loved our stay!! One of a kind sunsets, the beach access was awesome, and the place itself was quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed. 😊 I’ve never been to an Airbnb so well stocked before!! 15 minutes from an adorable beach town as well. Would definitely go back! 💕 thanks for having us!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my vacation. The location was outstanding. Beautiful Place! The neighbors were absolutely wonderful and welcoming... they treated my family and friends as if we lived there permanently. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Melanie was responsive and checked in on us to see how are stay was going and if we needed anything. She explained everything so well beforehand that we didn’t need any help. She was a fantastic host and the place was great. Definitely recommend and would go back!
