Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.

"The Birdsnest" is located in the heart of the historic Berrima Village. "The Birdsnest" is an 1890s heritage listed building. The cottage is a calm and relaxing space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is located near popular Southern Highland wedding/function venues. Bendooley Estate is a 10 minute drive away. Peppergreen is a neighbour. The “Birdsnest”is perfectly located to explore Berrima and the Southern Highlands.
