Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Surrounded by tall gums in a rural setting, The light, airy house is all yours to enjoy on 12 acres with the kangaroos, wombats and the birds. It is excellent for families with kids or groups of adults. We now have air conditioning! We have just been hooked up to KV Broadband network with speeds over 40 Mbps suitable for video conferencing.

Our country style home is situated within an easy 8 minute walk to Berry village ,close to the train station and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Your private accommodation on the ground floor at the rear of our home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Berry township offers great cafes, restaurants, wineries and abundant shopping opportunities and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
