Hallo! Onze woning is in het rustige Berterath gelegen, omgeven door bossen en weiden. De rivier "de Our" loopt door de tuin. De woning ligt vlak naast een wandel/mountainbikepad. In de tuin is een leuke grillhut aanwezig ,ideaal voor een Glühweinavondje! Er is een hoop speelgoed aanwezig (tafelvoetbal, pingpongtafel,..). De woning is ideaal voor groepen tot 13 personen. Er zijn 5;5 slaapkamers, (1 een met scheidingswand) (2 inclusief lavabo), 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten. Groetjes Amber

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The medieval alleys with the church, the castle ruins, the former castle & various restaurants and cafes invite you to stroll and relax. The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.
