Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Fullt utrustat hus om 180kvm byggt 2016 i charmig, äldre stil där kök och umgänges ytor finns på entréplan och de fyra sovrummen en trappa ner. Från köket når ni balkong på övre plan och ett inglasat uterum finns under denna. 2 badrum samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och torkskåp. Skogen där du hittar smultron, blåbär och svamp finns bakom huset och framför har ni utsikt över sjö och hagar. Nedanför huset finns badplats. Roddbåt ingår i hyran. Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
