Cozy apartment of 90 m2 with living room, bedroom and large kitchen/living room and nice bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor overlooking the harbor. There's an elevator in the building. Close to Nyhavn, Tivoli, Refshaleøen, Christianshavn, old Copenhagen as well as water, beach and recreational areas. From the balcony you can watch the fireworks in Tivoli on Saturday night. There is a large playground with a ball court, sandbox, swings, etc. right next to the building. 8 minutes' walk to the metro station.
