One room apartment, king size bed, balcony - perfect for a couple/two people. Everything newly renovated, including bathroom and simple kitchen with dishwasher. Linens, towels etc. included, 55" TV and free wireless wifi. Located on 5th floor - you will get your daily excercise and have a bright apartment on the top of the building - notice that there is no elevator. Nice backyard. Very centrally placed so there can occassionally be a bit noise from the street. Unfortunately no air condition.
