ALKANTMOOI This cozy apartment is situated on the mountainside with beautiful views of the ocean. It is separate and private from the main house and has a heating system for the winter. On the eleventh of January 2019 we had a fire in Bettys Bay that burnt a lot of vegetation, but that will grow back in time and the beautifull view from here will never change. Other nearby attractions is the African penguins, hiking trails, kayaking, wine tasting and whale watching.
“The place is absolutely lovely and it has an outstanding view over the ocean. Our stay was short but we got to enjoy the place and the surroundings. The area is calm, ideal for those who don't enjoy places crowded with tourists. Renate was a great host, super welcoming and seemed to understand her guest's needs. Hope to go back sometime :)”

“Although it was a cold and rainy weekend, it was absolutely incredible! Hugh is a great host and the cottage was clean, welcoming, warm and had everything I needed for a relaxed weekend out of town! A beautiful natural garden leads to rock pools and the sea, so plenty of space to go exploring. The yoga studio overlooks the sea too and is a wonderful place to unwind. Hugh suggested I visit Bistro 14, 10 minutes up the road in Kleinmond. This is a beautiful little cafe with the most amazing cakes and croissants and lovely ceramics as well. A great tip and I would highly recommend! Overall, this was an outstanding experience and I would urge anyone and everyone to visit The Conservancy!”
Kalliste is a luxurious 2 bed cottage with bathrooms (showers) en suite, private lounge and convenience kitchenette. The cottage offers amazing sea and mountain views and is designed to offer our guests an escape into tranquility. Although we do accept bookings for 1 night stays, our guests say an ideal minimum stay should be at least 3 - 5 days to allow one time to explore the area. 5 nights is recommended.

Therese and Garth are wonderful hosts and they topped all expectations. We like the furnishing and decoration of the cottage. Everything is super clean and very comfortable.”
