“This Airbnb is absolutely stunning! This place is just beautiful and the room is perfectly decorated, big, cozy and clean. We just loved it! Carla, her husband and her son are amazing people and we can highly recommend to stay there! Also their dog Tammy is the cutest. We had the most amazing time in Stellenbosch and Carlas recommendations for activities as well as restaurants were perfect. Would love to come back one day! All the best”
This beautifully renovated self-catering cottage, with its own private garden, in a peaceful residential area with rabbits and chickens roaming, is less than 2 kms from the heart of the historic town of Stellenbosch. It is the ideal location from which to access some of the best restaurants, vineyards, art galleries and museums South Africa has to offer. An easy 5min drive to the closest wine farm and golf course or a 20min drive to the beach. We look forward to hosting you.
“Stanford and his family offered us accommodation and hospitality despite this complicated and uncertain time and made sure that we were well informed of the ongoing politics in SA. This, for us, was the most notable thing about our stay and a big recommendation for future travellers (hopefully!) to choose to stay with them. From what they showed us and the detailed descriptions of the place and surroundings provided inside, they seem to be people that really care :)! A few words about the accommodation: the cottage is beautiful! Guests have access to a small yard with flowers and trees, the bed is super comfortable and you will find everything you might need in the well equipped kitchen. Even though we had such little time and a lot on our minds, we enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee there in the morning. A thoughtful aspect of their living ethic is that they encourage the water from the shower to be collected and used to water the plants. We liked that a lot. Thank you & Wishing you all the best for the future!”
