9/10 Great place👍🏾. Easy check in and out. The apartment was very clean, quiet up to date modern, and nice. Only wish we could’ve had access to the washer & dryer. The pool is cleaned daily, love that. The onsite parking is wonderful it’s assigned to you upon checking in. The big question for Jamaican Airbnb travelers, did the air conditioners work? Yes! There are 2 one in the bedroom and common area, which is the rest of the apartment. Overall it was perfect.

the personal touch of Christopher meeting us and the security knowing we were coming and friendliness was exceptional. it is very close to Devons house and Hope Road also 12 minute walk to Starbucks and shops. we had both Tastee and Juici Patty establishments near by. its a perfect location. would book again with Christopher. thank you. also great note to add he even checked in on us to see if we were ok. if we could rate 10 stars we would. see you again and thank you

Most Definitely a Home away from Home ! My stay at Chenelle’s place was nothing short of comforting! It was neat, clean and cozy.. The decor was stylish and modern definitely fitting to my personal style and taste. The complex is beautiful and luxurious, the check was pretty smooth instructions were clear and it was pretty much an ease of access. I appreciated the little thoughtful touches like the snack basket 🥰 The location is pretty simple and it was easy to get around. I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! Will definitely be returning on my next visit!

beautiful, well-lit flat in a magical garden, with a nice breeze and beautiful daylight. The flat is super comfortable, private, cosy, efficient and well-designed. The location is ideal for people who want to stay in Kingston and have a nice pad to get back to. Liguanea is a rather safe and walkable area compared to other bits of Kingston. Prue was generous and kind, very easy to communicate with, and helpful in many ways. She knows many places around that she can recommend, and overall, she was a great host and an interesting conversation companion. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back if I'll come back to Kingston again.

This is my 2nd time staying at one of the A’YahSoNice Suites properties. Consistent, helpful, and communicative. As I mentioned last time, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great instructions to the Airbnb even if you don’t have WiFi. Easy access. She granted me an early check in as well. The place was clean. I love the balcony . Quiet and peaceful! I had a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing experience staying at Simone’place! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described (or even better). The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. “The bed was super cozy,” “The kitchen was well-stocked,” or “The view from the balcony was stunning.” Communication with Simone was seamless — they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing, relaxing, work, restaurants, transportation, attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a [relaxing, convenient, memorable, etc.] getaway. Thank you again, Simone for being such a wonderful host!

It’s a very beautiful home would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy quiet place. The Host was very nice and also very helpful and was always right there if you needed her.

If you're heading to Kingston, this is the place to stay! The location is absolutely perfect. I mean it’s literally a 1-minute walk to multiple malls, restaurants, and even KFC. And let me just say — Jamaica has the BEST KFC in the world. You have to try the BBQ Wings… trust me, they’ll ruin KFC anywhere else for you The home is also super close to pretty much everywhere. We were 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. But the real highlight? The staff. Every single person made me feel so at home, like I was visiting family I hadn’t seen in years. I’m already planning my return in a few months. Highly recommend!

Staying at this Airbnb in Jamaica was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. Where do I start? From the moment I entered the home, I felt at peace. It was clean, spacious, and inviting. I had a few minor issues with the tv, but within minutes, the neighbor was over to fix it. Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. Shadaie’s place was absolutely stunning. I felt right at home. It was clean and had everything I needed right at hand. The pictures do no justice, the front yard was beautiful and full of flowers and Lucious green trees. It’s the right comfort for you and your person or friend. I will most definitely be coming back. Shadaie on the other hand was inviting, responsive and understanding. She was literally right at your finger tips and she added a touch of everything into her home so really you don’t need anything. From Ac, Hot water, greenery decor and clean environment for your comfort.

Ms. Jennifer fixed up her place nicely. We were able to make breakfast and make some use of the kitchen which is well equipped. Modern upgrades and a cozy set up for a home away from home feeling. Her staff was friendly and helpful. My mom and auntie made friends with the groundskeeper man who would often leave us fresh fruit. Close to grocery, shops and restaurants and not far from most places. 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend Ms. Jennifer’s BNB to friends

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

Stayed here for two weeks absolutely superb, Kemeeka was great host always responsive and even gave us an extra half an hr after check out last minute. Great location, close to local amenities, lots of stuff to do in the area. Will definitely recommend and will return when back in Jamaica.

I stayed at Donny’s place for almost a month. I felt right home with the safety of the compound and the accessibility to popular areas. This place has everything you would be looking for in a short term or long term stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay at this “Gem” of an apartment in Kingston. Honestly, the home exceeded our expectations and looked exactly as the pictures demonstrated. The apartment is private and secured. Highly recommended and I will likely stay at this apartment again 🙂
