High tech apartment! This is a two bedroom apartment on 1st floor. Apartment boasts ample natural lighting, high tech, big kitchen and living room, steam shower and hardwood flooring . Within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops in downtown Biddeford and about 10 min from Old Orchard Beach, about 20 minutes to Portland. “When you book please make sure that you put the correct amount of guests that are going to be coming to the place as it can affect the cost.”

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

A "kitchenette" located within one of the 2 bedrooms for our guests to enjoy in a farmhouse style family home built in 1850. Located on a quiet street 3 miles from Biddeford Pool Beach. 1 mile to the UNE Biddeford campus. 10 minutes to Saco train station. 15 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and 25 Minutes to the city of Portland and the Jetport.

Our place is just a few minutes drive away from Biddeford Pool and UNE. You’ll love it because of its private wooded location, near quiet beaches and lighthouses, but with easy access to Portland and Kennebunkport. This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
