Villa holiday rentals in Biesanz Beach

Mandel was a very responsive host and dealt with any issues we had, minor or not, very quickly. The area was beautiful and the view from the bedrooms was breathtaking. We enjoyed the amenities and especially the pool. For us, a group of 4 couples, the rooms being in a seperate side from the main house worked very well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area felt very safe, lots of things were within walking distance. Thanks again Mandel!

We had read reviews about wildlife and hoped, but it didn't disappoint. Daily Scarlet Mackaws, heard howler monkeys twice, saw a white faced monkey trying to get a lizard in the yard, squirrel monkeys in the canopy, iguanas, tree frog at night, and neighborhood dogs would visit each night randomly. Our kids loved the wildlife from the pool and searching around the property and neighborhood hikes to look for more. Not mentioned in the post- there is a washer and dryer in the basement area, along with wifi, outdoor shower to get off sand, and several grills to use. There was a wonderful gift basket when we arrived with pineapple the kids loved, coffee (so thoughtful), and local snacks. The AC in the rooms and fans worked great. The front gate was a nice feature for security (and keeping our kids in honestly). Great home and great location. Only downsides were depleted silverware for house with six people and hand washing dishes. Thanks for the flexible arrival and departure!

Nos gusta mucho esta casa, es la 3ra vez que la disfrutamos. Sam fue muy proactivo y la casa tiene todas las comodidades que te hacen sentir en casa. Restaurantes y supermercado cerca y la playa a 5 minutos. El condominio Del Pacifico precioso y nos hospedaremos en el futuro en alguno de los condos que Sam tiene allí.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of our Costa Rica vacation. It was a perfect place to settle in and unwind from all the adventures in our trip. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking meals in. We did enjoy the restaurant on the hill (which you can see from the house) but note they only take cash. It was rated at the top of the best Costa Rica food we had. The drive was not as bad as I had anticipated since we had drove in Monteverde and other mountain towns. Definitely steep in some parts but moderate to places we had encountered before. I would still suggest at 4 wheel drive vehicle. Take a book or a family game and enjoy nature from the mountain top.

There's a whole family of monkeys that lives right around this house and it was so amazing to be able to see them everyday. The house is quite close to the road, but the road is really quiet. If you're going with other people outside of your family, there is not a lot of privacy as both the upstairs rooms are completely open to each other and the downstairs. It wasn't a problem for us with small children, but something to note. kitchen was well stocked and the views and sunsets were stunning. This is our favorite area of Costa Rica in this Laguna's neighborhood.

Todo se mostraba igual que las fotos todo limpio. Recomendaría aumentar la capacidad de internet más que todo para los que queríamos trabajar remotamente si costaba un poco. En general recomendaría a ojos cerrados el lugar la playa solitaria sin problema y muy seguro.

Todo muy bien, el lugar es lindo y esta ubicado justo a la mitad entre Quepos y Manuel Antonio.

Loved everything about Jumanji! The place is beautiful! Lots of nice and interesting details everywhere, it’s very well equipped and Aleksei and Natasha are great hosts!

Absolutely wonderful, beautiful, and safe place to stay in Manuel Antonio. Beds are comfortable , and I appreciated the variety of pillow softness. AC in the bedrooms is a luxury ! View is second to none, all rooms have a view! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook small meals. Housekeeping was a treat to have. We walked to shops, but there are some hills and few sidewalks. Uber is readily available about $4 to the beach. The walk to the nearby beach was too hilly for us, but we saw others doing it. My favorite thing about this place is the monkeys that frequent it :) we would love to come back again! Host was welcoming and helpful

Trip Dates: 5-30-25 / 6-8-25 Our stay at the Jungle Roost was amazing and enjoyed by all members of our family, (2 Adults & 2 Teenage Daughters, 15 & 17). Ismael provided awesome concierge service and went above and beyond to make our trip effortless and enjoyable. Communication was excellent from the time of booking until the day we headed home. Ismael helped arranged multiple services and activates/outings prior to our arrival, which was very helpful. Ismael was attentive and responsive to all needs and checked in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory, and provided assistance whenever needed. I just want Ismael to know that we appreciated his professionalism and dedication to going the extra mile to ensure that we had a great experience during our vacation. Can't say enough about the Villa, beautiful surroundings, private, wildlife galore, we really enjoyed the privacy and the daily visits from the monkeys, birds and lizards and much more. Highly recommended the Roost.

Casa Venado is an awesome place to stay, it is located five minutes off the main road in the jungle, but only 10 minutes from Quepos and 15 minutes to Manuel Antonio and the beaches. It is secluded, private and surrounded by the beautiful jungle. We saw monkeys, iguanas, red macaws, various other birds and wildlife from the pool deck. The house was very clean, well stocked with nice linens, pool and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need, we hired a Chef one night and there was everything needed for him to prepared a four course meal. The pool was great, it was nice to come to back to cool off in after hiking, sight seeing, or being at the beach. Mauricio was a great host. He was very responsive, he reached out everyday asking how it was going and if we needed anything, from picking up groceries at the store, to setting up a tour, (we did a waterfall tour and went fishing), or restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend Casa Venado. Pura Vida!

I had the most amazing week here with my two teenage daughters. The house, spread across three floors, provided plenty of extra space, but what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking location and ocean view—absolutely worth it. Lorenzo, the host, was fantastic—always available and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my first big adventure with my daughters was a memorable one. This trip was something I had been waiting to do until my girls were old enough to embrace long days of exploring and take on thrilling excursions like zip-lining, whitewater rafting, and scuba diving. The villa’s location made everything incredibly convenient—just steps away from a bank, grocery store, wine shop, and some incredible restaurants like Terraza, Emilios, Le Papillon, and Tico Times. If you’re looking to wake up to monkeys, toucans, macaws, and sloths right off your balcony—peeking at you through your screen doors—this is your place

What a house!! This was 100% perfect for our group of 8 adults! The location provides a gorgeous view of the ocean as well as wildlife up close…all 3 monkey species, the macaws & parakeets flying overhead & we even had a sloth outside our front door. The location is walking distance to the super or mini markets as well as many restaurants & bars; it’s a quick ride to the National park & beach. Had a few maintenance issues, which were taken care of quickly. The only downfall is the incredibly steep driveway to the house; it’s no joke! We met our excursion transportation & Ubers at the top of our driveway ( but within our “neighborhood”.) Those with mobility issues will definitely have trouble navigating it. This house has maid & laundry service as well as a safe in most of the rooms. We had a chef come into the villa three times. Chef Tito who was the recommended chef was already booked, so he had Chef Gerald take care of us. He was excellent. Highly recommend the villa.

Stayed for three days. Great view, clean and modern facility. Bedroom with kitchen and bath on each floor and nice hot water for showers. Difficult to get to without directions. 2 red/blue/yellow macaus spent some time on the balcony. Laundry service is a nice touch.

Really special place!! The views are incredible and we saw so much wildlife from our beautiful wrap-around deck and the pool area, including monkeys, scarlet macaws and agoutis. Loved the privacy and serenity of the villa, but was a short walk to the Mariposa hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!

The stay here was great and plenty of space for bigger families or multiple families. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and separate ones for the pool. It was clean and if needed, housekeeping is available M-F daily. We requested access to the laundry room to do our own and that was great, so we didn't have so much to do upon our return home. The kitchen was equipped nicely; however, we did need to purchase our own spices/seasonings (i.e. salt and pepper), which would've been nice to have on hand. The host was very helpful in planning and arranging tours and Eddie, the concierge, was very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. We loved the window seats, but would've been more comfortable to sit in with some type of cushioning. Overall, I would recommend this place and stay here again!

Beautiful house overlooking the city of Quepos with an excellent view of the ocean. The sunsets over the ocean from the pool are magnificent. And the property manger is very thorough and very friendly. We enjoyed staying here very much; and we highly recommend the house. We definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Manuel Antonio.

Gardens of Dominical - Orchid Villa was the PERFECT home for our Costa Rican getaway. This villa is a beautiful space, complete with all amenities for a relaxing pool day at home or a beach trip. It is conveniently located from the beach town (walking distance from local boutiques, supermarket, and village vendors). Most importantly, Cris is an incredible host, equipping me and my guests with all the information needed to ensure the best stay. She is a kind and passionate host! I will definitely be back.

We had the most incredible time at Villa Encantada. Alex and Janine have a beautiful home, with everything you could ever need. It is clean, welcoming and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. The house is dreamy. The wildlife is magical. The gardens are so beautiful and everything is well maintained. We loved the privacy of the location and it was also easy to get to town. Alex and Janine were easy to connect with and responded to all of our questions and needs. We will definitely be back!

Dianna thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We had a great time! Loved the location which was a short walk to the beach, a market and a couple restaurants. The pool and the outdoor living areas were beautiful and that’s where we spent most of our time. Rudy was very helpful with any questions and we even had her prepare a few meals for us. What a special place! The home is exactly as pictured; and was clean and spacious. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife everyday was a nature lovers dream. (we even saw Toucans and Parrots!) Rocky was very responsive, gave lots of recommendations and was proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. He provided clear and easy instructions for checking in and finding the home. Glad we stayed here as it was a prefect location for visiting both Uvita and Manuel Antonio. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it.
