Holiday rentals with a patio in Big Bay

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this flat! The location is truly perfect – incredibly convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the sea. The flat itself was fantastic, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A standout feature was the internet; it worked perfectly, and the battery backup system was a lifesaver during loadshedding, allowing us to stay connected and even work without interruption 24/7. We did encounter a small issue with the iron board (and it was our fault), which we felt bad about, but the host was incredibly responsive and replaced it straight away at no extra cost – fantastic service! While the flat is on the ground floor and doesn't have a view, this was a very minor point for us considering all the positives. It's definitely a 5-star place, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. We truly hope to return!

This was the best solo stay I’ve ever had. It was as described in the pictures, in fact it’s more beautiful in person. Natasha welcomed me with so much grace. I would 100% recommend this stay.

Beautiful setting, right on the sea. The complex in which it is located is a perfect holiday venue - shops, pharmacy, tons of restaurants, all within one complex right on the sea. Apartment does not face the sea, but it's a positive thing, because it still has a very nice view over a large planted area, and it's on the opposite side of the complex away from the noise of restaurants that face onto the sea. Private balcony is also handy. Unit is fitted out with everything you need to self cater except for a washing machine, but there is a laundry just steps away from the complex.

Candace’s place is a lovely, cozy, clean, quaint home away from home, perfect for a get away. She is a very responsive and friendly host, who ensures your stay is more than comfortable. Definitely a well recommended place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

What an absolute GEM!!! we stayed with our Pittie for 4 days. This place was incredible. It had EVERYTHING you would need. You think about it look around and Bam it's there. Never seen so much attention to detail in an Airbnb before. THE PLANTS & HOT TUB What a pleasure!! I love plants myself and to spend time in such a heaven, winter weather is not a problem. Absolutely loved it. Thank you Yvette and Wes for offering such a beautiful cosey short term home. We will be back.

Amazing house in a very quiet area of Noordhoek. Everything is as described and even better. Lots of attention to details like qualitative beds, linen, toiletries and a super equipped kitchen. We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Wonderful place and as described. Very comfortable, thoughtfully stocked kitchen, and felt at home. Vibrant area with friendly neighbours. Excellent restaurants nearby too. Excellent communication and a huge thank you because our original AirBnB was cancelled and Moritz and Carlo went out of their way with only a few hours notice to accommodate us. Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!

Zama’s apartment is lovely. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival. We felt safe and made use of the secure parking. The kitchen is generally well equipped, but the pots and pans are not in usable condition. Others have mentioned the long walk to the waterfront. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk if you follow the pedestrian path along the canal. Continue with the canal path opposite the city lodge hotel all the way to the waterfront and it is quite a lovely walk that didn’t feel taxing for us. The canal walk is open between 6am and 8pm. It’s about a 7 minute drive to the furthest waterfront parking. It was a bit noisy. We stayed over a weekend. The restaurant downstairs played loud music from their outside speakers. There was also some traffic noise. We still slept well though and the bed was comfortable. All-in-all it is great accommodation, good value, and excellent location for exploring Cape Town with a car or uber.
