Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Big Cottonwood Canyon

Great place to have as a home base, easy access to the mountains and the city. The room was clean and the area was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, clean, well organized. Had everything we needed. Some noise from cars but had no trouble sleeping. In general quiet and accessible. Really very impressed!

Extremely clean unit/space. Bathroom was clean with a very hot shower with soft water. Only 1 bedroom with a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Other bed was a pull-out full size sofa with provided clean linens. Quick access to interstates, stores, restaurants, shopping. Approximately 30 min to Park City, 20 min to SLC airport, and 25 min to Lehi. Very quiet neighborhood. Host does stay in unit above and we only heard them on our last day and it was non bothersome then. Spotless kitchen. Enough space for 2-3 people. Feel like 4 people would be cramped. Big TVs and kept cooled during the summer despite the thermostat being controlled by the main unit. Easy coming and going from the unit at anytime of the day/night. Would absolutely, 10000% stay here again with 2 people. Didn't need to contact Tiffany for anything but she made herself available if we did.

This was an awesome stay. I stayed for my wedding, to get ready before and after. It was close to my venue which was 8 minutes away up the canyon. It was beautiful up there. The place was provate and clean. And there was plenty of entertainment for groomsmen and bridesmaid to do while helping us get ready. Lindsay was very accommodating and didn't mind we had a few extra people during the day. Also she was very sweet and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a wedding gift. 100% would recommend!

Five stars all around. Great location for hitting the Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts, and within walking distance of several restaurants. The house is immaculately clean and organized. What really stands out is the attention to detail - a full suite of sharp cooking knives, filters for the coffee maker, hand soap in all the bathrooms, etc... This is probably the best-kept ABnB we've stayed in.

Andrew’s place was great and the perfect retreat for our family, we enjoyed our time there and it offered us the peace and quiet we needed. It was very tidy and spacious. The bathrooms were super clean and stocked with enough towels and toiletries. Andrew was very accommodating to a couple of the requests we had and we really appreciated the consideration. I definitely recommend a stay here.

John's House in Lake City is truly a 5 Star Airbnb. We enjoy cooking breakfast and small meals on our travel. Cookware and utensils are the best we have ever experienced at any Airbnb. Private place to safely secure our bicycles for the week was a bonus. John made us feel like family rather than guest at his place with recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, parks, etc.

We loved our stay at Mandy’s. We especially enjoyed the beautiful park near the home. The home had everything we needed and the AC was a blessing during the heat wave. Thank you, Mandy!

The place looked just like the photos. Fun to have the ping pong table and shuffle board. Very quiet neighborhood. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Great stay.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

Super comfy, clean, convenient, and comfy!

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

This was our second stay at Sue's place, and it was just as perfect as the first! It still is one of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed at. It's very clean, comfortable, functional, with a great view of the mountains, and excellent amenities. There's easy access (by car) to grocery stores, restaurants, and the freeway. We hope to return again next year!

Vic and Carol were excellent hosts and their little one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs as a couple. They provided some sweet, additional amenities that made us feel extra welcome.

This was perfect for our family of four and our dog. We had an enjoyable stay. Gary and his wife were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the swim spa, the trampoline and the indoor basketball court. My kids were thrilled to stay here. The yard was fully fenced in. For the most part we had the backyard to ourselves, it was great!

We felt right at home at Jennifer's place. The attention to detail, clear instructions, and proximity to the mountains as well as the city were exceptional. The kitchen especially had everything we needed, plus bonus small appliances that were useful on our stay. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were comfortable, and sparkling clean. The closet was large, and the bed comfortable. Jennifer kept in touch regularly to make sure we had everything. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Arjun is the best host and his place is perfect for a quaint ski vacation, whether it’s for just a couple days or longer. I loved the location and easy walking distance to 2 lifts and anything you’d want in the small town (rentals, food, drinks, etc). The place itself was perfect for what I needed and I liked that it was on the first floor; easy to get to without having to take stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cooking ingredients, coffee, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. Only thing I’d suggest is to have a small first aid kit with bandaids/neosporin etc. Other than that, his place has everything you’d ever need! At the end of my stay I accidentally left some cash and hair products at his place inside a drawer 🤦🏻‍♀️ Arjun was so understanding and he promptly sent me everything within a day! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings back, and I am so appreciative!! Thank you again, Arjun - you are the best host!

We really enjoyed our time at Jim's condo in Solitude Village. Jim is very responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and a friendly person. The condo was exactly as it was described and the pictures representing it. No surprises or any shortcomings. It has all you need for an enjoyable stay, it is furnished tastefully and with comfortable furniture and beds, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay with a fully adequate kitchen cooking/dining supplies. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodations. Ideal location and Jim is a superb host! 5 Stars!

Beautiful, clean home. Lots of room for the kids inside and outside, loved the park that was walking distance. Neighborhood was a little difficult to get around with a pickup (small streets and parking area) but we made it work. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.
