Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s condo. It’s exactly as described and the location can’t be beat. We especially loved dinners out on the balcony with the amazing views.

My family and I enjoyed our visit immensely. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. The condo was clean and fresh. There were many extras provided such as shampoo and bath soap, detergent for at least 2 loads of laundry. The added bonus of four bikes available, beach toys, and beach chairs made for a great time spent with my family. Valerie was very responsive. Anytime I had a question. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property! Perfect for a quiet laid back vacay. Staff was polite and helpful Even the owners were welcoming. Definitely not for spring break college crowd. But perfect for a safe, relaxing family trip. Ride bikes to blue MTN creamery and live music under the staircase was a nice touch

Tara was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Even brought us cupcakes when got stuck outside of the room for 20 minutes!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

Mina was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and her guidebook was informative. The beach and pool are just a short walk from the condo. The condo is packed with everything you might need. We are already thinking about when we will be back next!

We had a wonderful vacation at Ginger’s Escape! It is a beautiful condo in a great location. Wonderful beach access and the kids loved the pool! Short drive or walk to many wonderful restaurants. 30a is always a great choice for a beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Adrianna’s place. The area was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy with an elevator to the fourth floor. Beautiful views. We booked two chairs and an umbrella with 30A shade the day before our visit and didn’t have a problem or just bring your own chair and umbrella. The beach was so clear and beautiful. I didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Great place to getaway with the family! Lots to do within walking distance. Plenty of room for the family! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet vacation. Everything was clean and comfy.

i cant say enough good things about this space, can i move in? we loved staying here. walking distance to coffee, food, and the beach! we didnt use the pool but it was very close to the room. everything ab the space was aesthetically pleasing and we would love to stay here again sometime.

We were looking to add a third night to our vacation but our other airbnb was already booked for the rest of the week. We came across Tara’s place and we are SO glad we booked with her! Her place looked exactly like the photos and every space was spotless. We loved the amenities like the free bikes to use and beach chairs (she had everything you would need for the beach), and she is less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean! Also the king size bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you are a couple, with a friend, or even solo! We don’t have kids but the bunk beds in the living room would be great for them. Tara was so kind and easy to talk to and even allowed us to check in early. If you’re looking for a quick and easy getaway but don’t want to compromise on cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility to shops, restaurants, and the beach, Tara’s place is perfect. Would most definitely stay again!

Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and updated condo, just as pictured and described. Quiet, but restaurants, pools, etc steps away. Best amenities we’ve had so far for a 30A trip. Weather wasn’t the best, as it was pretty cold and windy, but we were able to enjoy the amazing heated pools and play pickleball. Will definitely stay again!

Sandy’s condo was exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for! Very quiet community, clean and comfortable space, and walking distance to the beach. Sandy was communicative and left detailed instructions for access to the various amenities. The location was perfect; very family orientated and centrally located to all 30A has to offer! We would stay here again!
