Simple and cozy space 600 meters from Balneário São Miguel, a few kilometers from Governador Celso Ramos - a place with paradisiacal beaches - and 19 km from the Hercílio Luz bridge. Because it is very close to BR 101, the location is also great for travelers passing through. You will sleep listening to the sound of the sea and wake up enjoying a lovely view of the Island of Florianópolis.

The suite has a balcony and hydromassage. It accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable queen bed and up to 2 children in auxiliary beds (no fees charged). Access is easy and safe, with asphalt to the condo. We accept small pets with some rules: do not climb on sofas, beds or armchairs. Obs 1.: In winter, swimming pool in maintenance. Obs 2.: condominium with houses under construction, which can generate noise during the week (weekend there is no construction work)

Located in Areias de Baixo, a very quiet neighborhood and close to nature with lots of greenery. Antenor Beach is the closest, 10 minutes away. Path to the beautiful beaches of Governador Celso Ramos. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, general stores.
