Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The street is quiet, without restaurants. The main sights, such as the walls of Dubrovnik, the Church of St. Blaise and Onofrio's Fountain are only a few steps away & famous Banje Beach is only 500 meters away. Also, everything you need for perfect holiday is near: restaurants, bars, supermarket, green market.

This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
