Welcome to a newly-built house in a lush garden with its own patio where there are barbecue facilities. The house has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and two beds, one of which is in a loft, and a toilet with a washing machine 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you into central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. 10 minutes walk to lovely swimming coves. Nya Hovås is 10 minutes away by bus or car. There is a large grocery store, several restaurants as well as cafes, pharmacies and liquor stores.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!
