Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bingeby-Österby

Cozy cottage in a quiet courtyard in Visby city center inside the walls. Ruins and alleys close to the nodes. Spacious for being in the old town. There were four of us, two adults and two teenagers, and it wasn't crowded at all. Conveniently located within walking distance to everything in central Visby.

Eva gave clear instructions and was very welcoming when we picked up the keys. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the harbour and the city center. Highly recommended! 😊

We could NOT have asked for a better stay! Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice; it’s even more stunning in person. The location is fantastic - close to everything yet so peaceful. The park and St. Olaf Churxh right next door are stunning. The home was beautiful, full of amenities, and a very upgraded feel. The patio is the heart of the house. I wish we could have stayed a week! Cecilia was a great communicator and very kind. We highly recommend this stay!

This small stuga is secluded, in the middle of the forest. The check-in was easy, the landlord was on site. But even otherwise, everything would have worked out well, because the communication was flawless. I was here at the end of May and actually only wanted to survive a rainy day and a little cold, but spontaneously extended because I felt so comfortable. It is a great location and absolute peace. The washing facility outside was lovingly designed and so was the outdoor toilet, cooking outside was also no problem. Thank you for 4 great nights in this beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay – the sea view was absolutely perfect, and just a short walk took us to both a lovely bathing spot and a great café. The house itself is beautifully designed with a thoughtful layout that made it feel instantly like home. It was peaceful and private, yet just a quick drive from Visby. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at Eva's charming house by the sea. From the moment I arrived, Eva made me feel right at home with her warm hospitality, and her cooking was absolutely delicious. Her husband, Sverker, was equally welcoming and always ready to help. Both of them speak excellent English, making it easy for anyone who doesn't speak Swedish. The house itself is beautiful, with a cozy king-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely details throughout, including stunning floors and high-quality construction. The loft area is filled with light and books, offering a peaceful view of the sea each morning. The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach and walking paths, with lush surroundings full of wildlife like pheasants, songbirds, and deer. While it's about a 50-minute drive from Visby, the scenic route is well worth it. I felt incredibly lucky to have stayed here and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with amazing hosts!

Close to everything inside the walls!

Very satisfied with nice but simple modern aparthotel. Access to pool and parking was great, too bad the pool closed already at 5 pm. Pontus is a super host, quick, helpful and nice. Highly recommended!

Nice home that is close to everything! ☀️ Something I thought about was that the sun was barely on (the terrace facing north) and it was not possible to turn up the underfloor heating so even though it was warm outside, it was cold in there. So if I had known, I would have brought indoor shoes. We were also a little surprised that the apartment was part of a larger house, but really nothing that bothered.

The accommodation at "Charming Garden View Apartment" is great for those who want proximity to the center with a large selection of restaurants (Stortorget, with only a 5-minute walk). Also very close to the beach promenade, etc. Jonathan was also quick to fix a minor fault in the shower through a local "handyman"!

Very nice, fresh and well-equipped accommodation with walking distance into Visby, for example, the main square. Good with private parking, Close to Norderstrand. Cozy with access to garden and patio. Helpful and nice hosts who respond quickly to questions. Great!

I enjoyed my stay in Jakob's apartment! It is small, with good and modern amenities. The location is very central but surprisingly quiet. Even though it is on the ground floor I was never disturbed. The communication with the hosts was quick and friendly, I felt very welcome!

A perfect accommodation in the middle of the events of Visby with close to just about everything. The room is very nice and nicely decorated and an extra plus that sheets were included, as well as final cleaning. In the bathroom, there were hygiene products and nice towels and even slippers that increased the already positive feeling. I highly recommend this accommodation, where you get a service-oriented response from everyone involved. We'd love to come back!

Nice place to stay close to everything. Restaurants food store and fun. Nothing disturbing from the street. Balcony with sun from morning to em. However, a refresh of it would make it nicer. The host responded quickly to texts when we needed to ask. There was everything you needed in the apt. Missing real glasses.( There was in plastic) Comfortable beds and fresh bathroom. Great stay.

Can really recommend this home which is perfectly located - close to the wall and beautiful boardwalk. At the same time quiet and peaceful as well as easy to park. We also had to borrow Lennart's place and were able to charge our car which was very appreciated. We felt like at home in this nice, very orderly and pleasant apartment where everything is for an easy and relaxing stay. We got to borrow Lennart's subscription and were able to watch our favorite show in the evenings. Super cozy balcony and very comfortable beds. Summary - a home out of the ordinary with very nice host who makes us want to come back.

George is a great host. Fantastic communication and so helpful. The flat is in a quiet street and absolutely perfect for exploring Visby and the island. A two minute walk to the Botanical garden, a 5 minute walk to the sea and 5 mins to the main square/ places to eat. Perfect! The flat was clean and had everything we needed.
