TMS apartment with balcony with sea view, central location

This building has the best location. It only takes you 1 minute to walk to the beach. This beach is also the central beach of the city. There are many delicious and cheap local restaurants around the building. My apartment has a separate bedroom, and an additional large bed outside the living room (with curtains to cover the bed). Besides, the sofa is a sofa bed. The apartment has a balcony with sea and city views. The apartment is actually more spacious and comfortable than you think.

Căn hộ nằm ở tầng cao 17, hướng Đông Nam đón nắng sáng và mặt trời mọc. -Có 2 phòng ngủ 2 giường, 2wc. Phòng khách riêng biệt. Có bếp thoải mái nấu ăn và giặt ũi. - Có 2 hầm đậu xe có tính phí, và chỗ đậu xe ngoài trời miễn phí. -Gần chợ, gần cảng, siêu thị, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn. -Nằm ở trung tâm thành phố, nhưng khá yên tĩnh, cách biển chỉ 230m, đi bộ 3 phút là tới biển. -Có hồ bơi và gym, nhưng hiện tại đang dừng hoạt động để bảo trì 1 thời gian, không thể sử dụng.

01 Bed - Altara Luxury Apartment

D is a very nice and friendly host. During my stay at his apartment, i felt like i was in our own home, very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is located near the sea and not too far from the main attractions of the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will come back if i visit Quy Nhon again!

Sea-Front Corner Apartment at TMS Quy Nhon

Great stay in Quy Nhon. I’ve stayed at the TMS building before(but with a different host), so knew what to expect. Pros: •Absolutely epic wraparound balcony with the best views. This is reason enough to stay here. •Great kitchen(I’m a chef) to cook in, with sliding doors that open up to the balcony and its views. •Spacious bathroom and shower. •Very peaceful, with no noise from any neighbor units. Cons: •No couch to relax on. This host has other options available, so if a comfy couch is your thing, then see what else they have. •Pool and gym access not included. It’s not the host’s fault. Just seems like that’s how all large condo buildings in Quy Nhon are run. •No parking available on site. I’m driving around Vietnam on a motorbike, and on-site parking is always nice for unloading and security. There is paid parking across the street. All in all, a well priced spot with fantastic views, peaceful sleep and a friendly responsive host. I would stay again.

OASIS-SEA VIEW APARTMENT-FLC SEA TOWER

I felt honoured to be the VERY FIRST guest to stay at this gorgeous beachfront apartment. The location is prime – you can walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. There are seafood restaurants directly opposite. There are coffee shops downstairs. What I loved most was how COMFORTABLE and CHIC the apartment was. The bed is large, the sofa is comfortable, there’s a bathtub and various light settings for different moods. I particularly enjoyed using the reading chair and lamp, and the balcony with its sea view. Whoever did the décor has a very stylish eye. I don’t speak Vietnamese, but the hosts helped me out with transport and so on. At the same time, they respected my privacy. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

The building is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just 50 meters from the beach, making it super easy to get around 🌊. Surrounded by awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, and convenience stores, you’ve got everything you need nearby 🏪. The apartment is clean, spacious, and airy, with modern, brand-new furniture 🏠. The bed is incredibly comfy with four pillows, including a big one I absolutely adore 🛏️. Situated on the 11th floor, it boasts an open view and a breathtaking sea vista 🌅. The host is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic 😊. Even when I arrived at midnight, they welcomed me with warmth and thoughtful support 🙌.

We were a group of 5 that stayed in this apartment. It's is a perfect size and had everything we needed. We were able to rent motorbikes, with out them we were stuck. It was hard to get à taxi topick us up on departure and I would n't recommend staying here un less you have your own mode of transport. This is my only critique as everything else was great !
