Apartment holiday rentals in Binh Trung Tay

This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

Phim's place was described as the listing showed! It was spacious, and had all the amenities in good working condition. The location was great and was walkable to coffee shops, dining, shopping, and transportation! Calling a grab to and from the place was very easy as everyone knew the building. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again when back! Thanks Phim!

Loved my stay at Landmark 81 HCM! The apartment was clean, modern, and had amazing views of Ho Chi Minh City. Great location with easy access to attractions and dining. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a central location. There are great cafes in the building, and communication was always fast and friendly. Small notes: Two of the four lamps unfortunately did not work, and the sofa could use a cleaning. Also a pity: Although help with carrying suitcases was promised (the building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor) and I had coordinated my arrival, but ultimately no one was there.

It was a family trip, but I had a really good time. Unfortunately, the infinity pool was under construction, so I couldn't go. The swimming pool on the first floor was also nice!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

This is a hidden gem! It is on a quiet street but very close to all the action, just a 10 min drive away. Easy to find and get to. So clean. They are such welcoming hosts and respond so quickly. They helped me with my bags and get a scooter rental. I would stay here every Vietnam visit! This has been my favorite place of the trip! They are always there when you need help.

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

If you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful night view and a safe and clean place to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I highly recommend this place. There aren't many buildings yet, but you can walk to places you want, such as coffee, breakfast, and bars that are available from 7 o'clock, and you can reach all famous places and restaurants in 10-15 minutes by Grab. In addition, most of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well, and there are many people jogging in the morning, and the compartment is well organized, so it's good to take a walk ~ Washing machine, styler, induction, everything was perfect, the residence itself had a good community, and ordering food was easy and fast ~ Most importantly, I was in a hurry to communicate with the host, and I was in a hurry to communicate early in the morning, and even though it was a day off, I was so grateful for the quick response and handling. I have a little greed that only I want to know because this place is really precious and more than I can imagine, but if you are planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I write a review with the hope that you will visit this place. I'll be back here again!

Every thing was great clean new apartment. Only two very minor details to point out . 1. Sofa seat is weak so it’s uncomfortable 2. Cannot use big pool because you are resident of “ East “ building. But The pool for east building is great just doesn’t have Sun if that’s your thing. I would recommend this apartment 100%!
