We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

Great cozy and clean accommodation in the heart of Greetsil, also very good with children. The owners were very accommodating and, for example, set up a baby bed.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. The sun in the front garden was also nice, where we could have had a quiet breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, so we were really able to sleep very well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back there. Finally, I would also like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, nice week. Only one night, but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Alte Bäckerei" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere - you can feel its history. And for me as a person trained in the craft, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident, when I compare it with my dry journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thank you for this little break in a great place and a great village.

The place was really great and especially the kitchen equipment was really great. I just have one note. The pictures state that the tourist tax is included in the price. I only learned three days before arrival that this is not the case, in my opinion this should have been better communicated or already communicated at the time of booking. But I would book the apartment again at any time and also with this rental, because I was very satisfied with everything else.

The house is stunning, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are of a high standard. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real pleasure for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any questions, help, and recommendations at an exceptional level.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay in a pleasant and very quiet holiday park near Ruinen. Great place for beautiful walks and bike rides. An address to rest well and recharge, partly thanks to the singing of various birds that we heard. House is bright and spacious and equipped with every comfort. We'd love to come back!

It was a great holiday with everything we needed... tennis, boating in Giethoorn and a lot of NATURE!!!

A very enjoyable stay! Welcoming host and family. The accommodation has all the comforts. In short; definitely recommended!

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

A clean cabin in the woods with a small garden. Large dogs won't escape, but small dogs are able to escape through the bushes, so it's better to have them on a leash.

Just a wonderful week behind us in this cottage. Wonderful surroundings by the water. Quite private in terms of neighbors, but quite a few boats that pass by. The teenagers enjoyed themselves with the canoe, the weather was really a gift this week. Super nice that there are screens for everything, slept wonderfully with windows open. Everything has been thought of, in terms of kitchen furnishings but also in terms of amenities such as washing machine, extra blankets, etc. Tip: if you are here, take the pound to the other side (bring cash) to explore the village but especially to sit by the water on the terrace. The only thing we regretted is that we actually wanted to rent a boat but were late with that. Furthermore, it is a wonderful environment where you can discover nature (all the feans) but also Burgum and Dokkum are recommended. In short: super successful vacation and nice cottage!

I was looking for a peaceful place in nature where we could spend time as a family, and we found Hans' caravan. While enjoying the camping experience, it also offered a bit of home comfort. The small caravan had many essential items you would expect in a house what more could we ask for? It has a special charm when it rains, and when the weather is nice and sunny, there are plenty of activities to do around. Located in Groningen, it feels like therapy to be surrounded by nature instead of being stuck in a hotel room with children. I would like to thank him for providing this service and for his positive communication.

Wonderful and nice central place to explore Schier. In the middle of the village, near the bus, restaurants, supermarket and cozy terraces. Cozily furnished and nice terrace at the front where you can watch the world pass a bit. Also very nice to be able to use the two basic but good quality bicycles. Adjustable saddle without tools in height. Recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a really very nice flat. Comfortable, clean and well laid out. It is situated in a charming, peaceful, mound village. There is a good restaurant, good supermarket and a museum. Lovely walks. Excellent place to base yourself to explore the area. Harry was very helpful and kindly provided some drink and snacks. It was hard to leave such a picturesque place.

It was a perfect stay for my days in Assen. Short walk to get a bus to Assen Center. In the cottage was everything you need. I very recommend to stay here.
