BEAUTIFUL STUDIO ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE CITY CENTER

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.

To access it you have to get to Rue de Nevers and it's right in the Khomsa residence next to the Eldorado café and in front of the Miramar hotel (under renovation). The beach is 2 minutes from the apartment.
